DA LUIGI GOURMET STORY
In December 2020, Luigi and Coni started the journey that brought Da Luigi Gourmet to life.

This family-owned and operated passion project was born in Canmore, Alberta. We specialize in creating artisan Jams, Chilli Oils, and Spreads featuring unique combinations of fun and flavourful ingredients for an enhanced gastronomic sweet or savory experience.

Luigi has always been a man of many talents, but his main passion and natural ability for cooking have been encouraged by his Italo-Chilean roots, where food is more than just a necessity; but a celebration, an expression of love, and a guilt-free pleasure.
Luigi’s favorite product is Chili Oil because of how much it elevates other foods and recipes and ties flavors together.

Coni enjoys using her artistic ability by designing unique and colorful packaging for their products and brainstorming for new ideas behind the scenes. What she likes the most, is when Luigi comes up with new creations or even better, when he gives a personal, unique touch to their traditional family recipes.

Coni’s favorite product thus far is the Papaya, Mint & Ginger Jam because of the unique flavor explosion it creates for your tastebuds and leaves you wanting more!
Together, they have created more than 10 different flavors of unique Jams and 2 outstanding Chili Oils that are available in two sizes.
